Who We Are

WADR LAW (wah - Dhr) represents creative entrepreneurs and innovators across a wide range of industries. Our firm has earned its position as a leading provider of legal services by working with companies that are redefining their sectors—whether in consumer products, technology, entertainment, or beyond.

We are known for advising disruptive, high-growth companies through every stage of their business life cycle—from inception and growth to acquisition. When needed, we extend our reach through of counsel relationships with various law firms, ensuring our clients receive the comprehensive support they need.

As a fully remote firm, we offer cost-efficient, high-quality legal services on par with big law firms, but at a fraction of the cost. This flexibility and efficiency are part of what sets us apart.

The roots of WADR trace back to First Gen Law and Gupta IP, both predecessor firms that Anuj Gupta founded. In just three years, First Gen Law served over 300 clients—a testament to our dedication and the quality of our work. While we specialize in working with creative entrepreneurs in consumer products, tech, and entertainment, our expertise extends far beyond these industries.

Our team is based in New York City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Washington DC, with an even greater presence through our Of Counsel relationships in Florida, Tennessee, Washington, and Texas.
