Gary Morris has been practicing intellectual property law for over 25 years. He specializes in due diligence, IP risk assessment and IP strategy. In 2018, he co-founded a fintech startup, acting as its Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. He negotiated and closed on seed and series A financing, and developed and implemented operational best practices. He also oversaw the company's day-to-day and legal operations, developed budgets and monitored expenditures. With the CEO, he helped develop a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
